Cranberry Fluff

Grandma would make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries, ground
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups apple, unpeeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup grapes, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Instructions

  • Combine cranberries, marshmallows, and sugar.
  • Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Add apples, grapes, salt, and the toasted nuts.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream until well combined.
