Ingredients
- 4 eggs (separated)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff, soft peaks.
- Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored, beat in mayonnaise and water.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Melt butter in 10 inch skillet, add egg mixture.
- Cook over low heat 10 minutes until lightly browned on bottom but still moist on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
- Loosen edges, make shallow cut through center; fold in half and serve.
