Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork and veal (cut for stew)
  • 1 large onion (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 green bell peppers (cut small)
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • some water
  • some all purpose flour
  • dash hot paprika

Instructions

  1. Brown onion in butter
  2. Add meat and let brown
  3. Add bell peppers, salt and pepper, and hot paprika
  4. Cover and let simmer until tender
  5. Add water and thicken with flour
