Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork and veal (cut for stew)
- 1 large onion (minced)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 green bell peppers (cut small)
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- some water
- some all purpose flour
- dash hot paprika
Instructions
- Brown onion in butter
- Add meat and let brown
- Add bell peppers, salt and pepper, and hot paprika
- Cover and let simmer until tender
- Add water and thicken with flour
