Ingredients

  • 6 eggs (whites and yolks beaten separately)
  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add whites beaten stiff last
  2. Cook in buttered baking dish or pan in a rather slow oven
  3. Test as for custard
